- Regular Member - ($500 + $25 administration fee) = $525
- Associate Member - ($400 + $25 administration fee) = $425
- Junior Member - (Free + $25 administration fee) = $25
- Emeritus Member - ($100 + $25 frais administration) = $125
- Honorary Member - (Free + $25 frais administration) = $25
